All mentioned prices of USUALS products are include shipping costs to 10 countries within Europe!

These countries are: Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark (excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland), Germany, France (incl. Corsica and Monaco), Italy (excl. San Marino and Vatican City), Austria, Spain (incl. Balearic Islands, excl. Canary Islands), United Kingdom, (excluding Gibraltar and Channel Islands), Sweden.

Reduced rate for shipments to countries outside this region.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Not satisfied with the order? You can let us know that you want to return / exchange the item up to 7 days after receiving the order. Our General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries from USUALS. These are deposited at this Chamber of Commerce in Eindhoven under number 17156903. The product will only be accepted when it is in perfect condition and without damage. Costs for returning the product will comes at the expense of the consumer. When we have received the product in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account.

How does return or exchange work?
1. Send an e-mail to info@usuals.nl with invoice number and reason of return.
2. Send the product in the original packaging to the above address.
    (shipping costs are for your own account)
3. When we received the product in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account.
